Privacy Policy

We collect only what you choose to send us or what is needed to run the Site.

Contact form (homepage)

• Name, email address, and phone number (optional)
• Event date, event type, estimated guest count, venue or location, and your message
• Hidden bot-protection fields (honeypot and a signed timestamp token). Optional token from a bot-protection service when that feature is enabled

Client intake form (/intake)

• Booking type (single or couple), primary and partner contact details when applicable
• Event date, event type, venue name and address, city, state, and zip
• Agreed services, quoted total, performance and timeline fields, special song requests
• Planner and billing contact details, additional notes, and terms acceptance
• Optional quote reference token when you arrive from a personalized quote link
• The same bot-protection fields as the contact form

Automatic technical data

• Standard server and security logs from our hosting provider, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested
• A session cookie if you sign in to the private admin area (/admin). That cookie is not used for marketing
• Your cookie banner choice stored in your browser localStorage (Accept or Decline)

We do not use analytics tools on the Site today. If we add them later, they will load only after you click Accept on the cookie banner.

• Respond to booking and intake inquiries and prepare quotes or contracts
• Send your inquiry details to us through our email delivery provider
• Optionally sync inquiry data to our booking and CRM tools when that integration is enabled, so we can track dates and follow up
• Protect forms from spam and abuse (rate limits, honeypot, timing checks, and an optional bot-protection service)
• Operate, secure, and improve the Site

Performance videos on the Site are usually served from our hosting and storage provider. Some reel cards may embed social video players from third-party platforms in an iframe when those URLs are configured. Those platforms may set their own cookies or collect usage data under their policies if you interact with the embed.

Service providers we use may process data on our behalf:

• Hosting and storage provider
• Email delivery provider
• Booking and CRM tools (when enabled)
• Bot-protection service (when enabled)
• Analytics tools (none currently used; if added, only after you accept cookies)

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only to provide the services above or if required by law.

Inquiry and intake records are kept as long as needed to respond, manage bookings, meet tax or legal obligations, and maintain business records. You may ask us to delete information that is not required to be retained.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing glenn@glennfranksax.com. We will verify the request and respond within a reasonable time.

You can Decline optional analytics on the cookie banner. Essential Site functions (forms, navigation, and admin login) still work.

The Site is intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate for a small business website. No method of transmission over the internet is fully secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
